The Speaker Mitt In-ceiling Speaker Cover is designed for an install from below the ceiling for speakers that are  smaller than 280mm in width.  Our material is sound proof and is the perfect product for stopping any noise entering other rooms while also directing sound downwards rather than in to the roof space.  As an added benefit, insulation can also completely submerge the Speaker cover enabling insulation consistency throughout your entire building envelope.

This is an extremely high quality product.  Our goal at Efficiency Matrix is to enable the continuation of a building material (like insulation) over devices like in-ceiling speakers, which are half in a climate controlled living space, and half in an area which is exposed to the elements.
